At Heliox, we understand the complexities of EV charging infrastructure projects. That's why we offer a dedicated project management team, led by a single point of contact project manager. Your project manager will:

• Collaborate with you and the team: .We hold a kick-off meeting to ensure everyone is aligned on the project scope, communication protocols, and meeting structures.
• Coordinate seamlessly: Heliox helps to manage communication between you and all involved civil and electrotechnical suppliers and subcontractors.

This streamlined approach keeps you informed and involved at every step, while ensuring a smooth and efficient project experience.

After the kick-off, the initial planning will be updated and the project engineering will start. We work with standard engineering documentation and will review with you the following deliverables:

• System design
• Equipment list (one-pager overview with equipment specifications, cabling and connection requirements)
• Site layout drawing
• Cable calculations  
• Single-line diagram

We believe in collaborative planning to ensure the successful implementation of your EV charging project. To kick off the project, we'll schedule an on-site meeting with you and all relevant stakeholders.  

By holding a comprehensive meeting at the start of the project, we aim to align all stakeholders, gather project needs, discuss the installation site, and outline a preliminary plan. This collaborative approach ensures everyone is on the same page, proactively identifies and addresses potential challenges, and leads to a customized project plan that meets your specific needs and timeline.

During installation it’s important that all parties are informed about each other's activities to ensure safe execution of simultaneous work, and clear division of tasks and responsibilities. We prioritize clear communication throughout the installation process to guarantee everyone involved is informed, safe, and efficient.

Your project manager will introduce you to the Service and Maintenance team who will resume your ongoing support.

We have tested and proven that our chargers are compatible with a large number of vehicle manufacturers. Our charging systems operate in accordance with ISO / IEC 15118, DIN 70121, IEC61851-1 /23/24 and SAE J3105 / SAE J1772. Together with several public transit OEMs, public transit operators and other charging systems providers, we contribute to the development of industry standards. We participate in the European Standardization Committee UITP/CENCENELEC (ISO/IEC) and are also involved in the development of NEN-standards in the Netherlands.  

Upon the installation of new hardware at your charging hub, is important to all align all stakeholders (you, the vehicle OEM and the charging partner) to make sure the provided hardware works with the vehicles at your site, this is a joint effort between all parties to ensure the smooth optional of your installation.
